Section I
General information

I. Collection of personal data
  1. As a general rule, we only collect data that is required by law or contract, or necessary to conclude a contract. There are no negative consequences for not providing this data. However, in individual cases, not providing it may, for example, make communication with you more difficult or even delay it.

  2. Your personal data is protected against loss and misuse at all times by appropriate technical and organizational measures. It is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, e.g., when using the contact form, your personal data is encrypted during transmission using so-called Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. This means that communication between your computer and our servers takes place using a recognized encryption method.

  1. In some cases, we will transmit your data to third parties and/or processors (e.g., IT service providers, hosting providers, data centers, payment service providers for payment processing, postal services for mail and goods delivery) who support us in contract processing or to fulfill legal obligations. Third-party service providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us. Processors are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored. Your data will be passed on if you have previously consented to the transmission or if we are legally or contractually obligated or authorized to do so.
